Currently it is the world’s largest competition for aftermarket personnel, involving over 17,000 participants from 93 countries. The aim of the competition is to help employees develop and improve their knowledge, skills, and ability to work as a team. VISTA is much more than a competition – it is a mass training event. The aim is to make entrants better at what they do every day. During VISTA, participants improve their skills, new friendships are formed, and for many it is an experience of a lifetime.
